Directions

The Club is located at 489 Ridgewood Road in Maplewood. There is a Club sign with the logo at the base of the short entrance road, which looks like a driveway going up between two houses. The road is marked as Tennis Lane and is easy to miss.

The entrance is about 25 yards east of the intersection of Ridgewood with Jefferson Avenue, on the opposite side of Ridgewood from Jefferson.

Directions By Train
If you are taking the train (NJ Transit provides service to Maplewood from Penn Station in New York City - 35 minutes), you can get off at Maplewood Station and walk about 4 blocks to the Club. Proceed east on Maplewood Avenue to the traffic light at Jefferson Ave, turn uphill (north) and walk past 3 or 4 side streets on either side until Jefferson ends at Ridgewood. The Club entrance is 25 yards east of that intersection. See the detailed map below.

From I-78 Eastbound

Take Exit 49B (Maplewood)
As you come out of the exit, go straight, to second traffic light (Vauxhall Road gas stations on three corners. Turn LEFT onto Vauxhall.
Go to second traffic light, passing Millburn Mall and Exxon Station on the right, to intersection with Millburn Avenue.
Go straight ahead through the intersection, passing Millburn Veterinary Hospital on your left and Anastasio Jeweler on your right.
You will be on Ridgewood Road.
Take Ridgewood Road north for about 1 mile. It will wind under a railroad overpass and through a blinking yellow light.
Continue on past two churches (on right) and Jefferson School (on right).
Club entrance is a small driveway on LEFT, a block and a half after the school. Look for signs for Tennis Lane and The Maplewood Club.

From I-78 Westbound

Take Exit 50B (Maplewood)
As you come out of the exit, turn right onto Vauxhall Road.
Go to third traffic light, passing Millburn Mall and Exxon Station on the right, to intersection with Millburn Avenue.
Go straight ahead through the intersection, passing Millburn Veterinary Hospital on your left and Anastasio Jeweler on your right.
You will be on Ridgewood Road.
Take Ridgewood Road north for about 1 mile. It will wind under a railroad overpass and through a blinking yellow light.

From I-280 Eastbound

Take Exit 9 (Northfield Avenue).
Turn RIGHT at second light (Northfield) and then LEFT at second light (Gregory).
Continue on Gregory, and stay on it after it changes to Wyoming Avenue. Proceed about 3.2 miles total.
At intersection with South Orange Avenue, turn RIGHT and immediately get in left lane for a LEFT turn at the light back on to Wyoming Avenue.
Continue on Wyoming (0.5 miles) to Collinwood Road, and turn LEFT onto Collinwood.
At end of Collinwood, turn RIGHT onto Ridgewood Road.
Club entrance is first street on RIGHT, a block and a half after the school. Look for signs for Tennis Lane and The Maplewood Club.

From I-280 Westbound

Take Exit 10 (Northfield Ave.).
At top of ramp, turn LEFT onto Northfield.
At third light, turn LEFT onto Gregory Avenue.
Continue on Gregory, and stay on it after it changes to Wyoming Avenue. Proceed about 3.2 miles total.
At intersection with South Orange Avenue, turn RIGHT and immediately get in left lane for a LEFT turn at the light back on to Wyoming Avenue.
Continue on Wyoming (0.5 miles) to Collinwood Road, and turn LEFT onto Collinwood.
At end of Collinwood, turn RIGHT onto Ridgewood Road.
